Randstad is seeking a driven, CPA or CPA candidate for a premier Senior Accountant position with a well-established investment firm located in Summerlin. The Senior Accountant will assume responsibility for the financial statements of a diverse portfolio of related entities. This position is ideally suited for a public accounting professional looking to transition into a highly visible corporate role that offers sophisticated technical exposure.
- Starting salary ($85,000 - $100,000) + bonus.

responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Own the end-to-end preparation and review of financial statements for a portfolio of related entities.
- Core Accounting: Post journal entries, perform complex account reconciliations, and ensure general ledger accuracy.
- FP&A Support: Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and project weekly/monthly cash positions.
- Process Improvement: Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining robust internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Contract & Data Management: Manage corporate contracts and maintain organized financial records.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Prepare specialized financial reports and analyses to support management's strategic decision-making.
qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required).
- Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation OR actively pursuing the CPA exam (required)
- Experience: Strong background in Public Accounting (Audit) is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Work Style: Ability to work fully in-office at the Summerlin headquarters.
