Randstad is seeking a driven, CPA or CPA candidate for a Senior Accountant position with a well-established Corporate office located in Summerlin. - Starting salary ($95,000 - $115,000) + a bonus.

responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle accounting, journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger accuracy to prepare and review financial statements for complex entities (LLCs, trusts, partnerships, and foundations).
- Monitor performance, valuation updates, capital calls, and distributions across private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, and real estate investments.
- Track daily liquidity and forecast cash flow to cover investments, tax obligations, construction projects, and lifestyle capital expenditures.
- Oversee intercompany billings, fund transfers, and expense allocations across a multi-entity structure.
- Organize, analyze, and assemble complex financial data packages to support external CPA firms.
- Assist with developing annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and short- to long-term cash projections.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls, accounting procedures, corporate contracts, and organized financial records.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and specialized financial reporting to drive leadership's decision-making.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA (active, eligible, or in progress) strongly preferred.
- 4+ years of progressive Accounting experience, navigating complex, multi-entity structures, including intercompany billings, transfers, and allocations.
- Proven ability to compile organized, accurate financial data packages for external CPAs and leadership.
- Flexible, "wear-many-hats" mindset with strong skills in ad-hoc analysis and translating complex financial metrics into strategic guidance.
