Tatum by Randstad is searching for a senior-level Implementation Consultant. Our client is executing a critical infrastructure transition, migrating their payroll engine to ADP Workforce Now (WFN).
We are looking for an "A-Player" systems architect who has repeatedly led complex, mid-to-large scale system conversions. This is a highly technical data mapping, architecture, and interface-validation role. The selected consultant must possess the senior presence and technical autonomy to step directly into the project lifecycle, manage third-party vendor relationships, and drive the migration forward.

responsibilities:
- System Data Mapping: Own the data mapping process, translating and converting complex data structures into ADP Workforce Now templates.
- Interface & File Auditing: Systematically check and troubleshoot inbound/outbound interface files for employee hours, benefits data, and general ledger feeds to isolate and correct errors.
- Vendor Communication: Maintain direct technical communication with third-party timeclock and benefit vendors to ensure accurate integration with the new ADP WFN engine.
- Data Validation & Reporting: Design and execute data reconciliation models using advanced Excel functions to clean legacy historical payroll data and build critical custom compliance reports natively within ADP WFN.
qualifications:
- ADP WFN Implementation Depth: Direct, hands-on experience leadind ADP Workforce Now implementations (historical data migration, configuration, and go-live).
- Advanced Excel Skills: Advanced proficiency with data manipulation tools (e.g., XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP , INDEX/MATCH , Pivot Tables, and data scrubbing) to audit mismatched fields between systems.
- Autonomous Execution: Proven track record of operating as an independent consultant or interim project lead capable of handling intense data analysis completely unassisted.
