Location: Boca Raton, FL (100% On-Site)
Position Type: 6-Month Contract
Target Rate: $45.00 - $50.00 / hour
About the Role:
We are a growing biopharmaceutical organization executing an enterprise payroll migration away from legacy SAP Employee Central Payroll into ADP Workforce Now. We are not looking for a traditional payroll processor or supervisor; we require a technical HRIS Implementation Consultant to engineer the data pipeline, map historical fields, and manage third-party integrations for our 647-employee workforce. This is a hands-on, project-based deployment role focused entirely on data integrity and software transition.
Core Responsibilities:
- Data Migration & Mapping: Extract employee profiles and historical registers from legacy SAP databases, accurately mapping them into rigid ADP Workforce Now conversion templates.
- Advanced Excel Engineering: Design complex data-cleansing and validation models using advanced formulas (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, nested logic) to scrub large database files and fix formatting mismatches.
- Parallel Run Auditing: Run comprehensive parallel payroll cycles, conducting exhaustive side-by-side variance analysis to isolate and reconcile calculation discrepancies in earnings, deductions, and tax configurations.
- Timekeeper Integration Ownership: Act as the technical lead for third-party clock and timekeeping vendors, ensuring automated file transmissions interface seamlessly into correct ADP labor buckets.
- System Configuration: Configure backend components within ADP Workforce Now, including adding pay groups, setting up labor allocations, and establishing role-based user permissions.
- Post-Go-Live Support: Provide immediate tactical troubleshooting and technical root-cause analysis for calculation bugs or database errors during initial live production runs.
- Proven track record as a project-based Implementation Consultant or Data Migration Specialist (not an operational manager).
- Deep functional expertise with the backend architecture of ADP Workforce Now.
- Expert data diagnostic skills in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to clean and validate thousands of rows of unformatted data using advanced relational formulas.
- Direct experience managing automated data file imports and integrations with third-party timekeeper vendors.
- Must be able to work 100% on-site at our corporate campus in Boca Raton, FL.
