We are seeking a dynamic, solutions-oriented Corporate Accountant to join our growing global finance team. In this role, you will do much more than just manage the books-you will act as a strategic partner to the business. You will oversee full-cycle corporate accounting, lead process optimization through automation, and collaborate cross-functionally with business units.

responsibilities:
- Coordinate with global departments and stakeholders to prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual producer reports (with assistance from the supply chain team). Analyze monthly operating results, manage balance sheet and income statement accounts, and prepare journal entries.
- Manage and continuously improve accounting workflows. Leverage automation, advanced Excel, and data tools to increase efficiency, enhance data quality, and accelerate reporting cycles.
- Monitor compliance with US GAAP, internal controls, and company policies. Evaluate complex accounting treatments, identify financial risks, and proactively advise leadership on potential compliance issues.
- Partner closely with business development, sales, and marketing teams to provide critical financial insights, reporting, and analysis that support strategic decision-making.
- Serve as an integral team member during annual financial audits. Lead or contribute to detailed financial analyses and special, scalability-focused project initiatives.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of progressive professional accounting experience.
- CPA license preferred, or a definitive plan to work toward one.
- Strong research skills with a deep working knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including data models, automation, and integrations).
- Experience using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or similar analytics platforms.
- A strong interest in applying AI tools to accounting workflows is a major plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
- Exceptional organizational skills and an uncompromising commitment to accuracy.
