This pivotal role supports the global laboratory network by optimizing digital infrastructure and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). The position is instrumental in maintaining the rigor of Global Quality Systems through meticulous document control and inventory management strategies. By ensuring digital readiness across multiple sites, the incumbent directly contributes to the seamless delivery of high-quality data supporting patient-centric therapeutic outcomes.

responsibilities:
- Supports global laboratories with ongoing projects related to Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), in particular Thermo SampleManager.
- Works with Global Quality Systems support team on creating and routing document change controls including administrative updates to procedures and training.
- Works with global and site resources to manage requests related to inventory management.
- Assists with global digital readiness preparation and other project activities on an as needed basis.
- Willingness to learn and provide support
qualifications:
- Lab administration, supporting quality systems used by the laboratory, especially LIMS such as SampleManager.
- Laboratory analyst with chromatography experience is a plus but not required.
- Scientific background with experience following analytical test methods.
- Multi-site or multi-stakeholder project work supporting laboratory quality systems.
