responsibilities:
- Perform initial triaging and data entry of all patient applications into the CRM system.
- Manage high-volume administrative tasks including sorting, distributing, printing, and faxing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Tag and associate application images, including patient demographics, physician data, and insurance information.
- Conduct initial assessments for missing information and identify appropriate workflows based on established business rules.
- Maintain independent, efficient operations within a small mailroom setting while documenting all cases accurately.
qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years of experience within an office or administrative setting.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal direction in a solitary environment.
- Strong attention to detail and physical ability to sit, stand, and carry heavy objects (mail bins).
- No pre-planned time off within the first 90 days of employment.
- Prior experience utilizing CRM software.
- Basic exposure to medical or pharmacy benefit insurance knowledge.
