responsibilities:
- Formula Development: Execute and complete complex formulas, creating innovative prototypes that meet or exceed specific product requirements.
- Stability & Optimization: Rigorously monitor the stability of formulas and proactively perform adjustments or modifications to ensure product integrity and performance.
- Problem Solving: Provide creative and resourceful technical solutions to formulation challenges that arise during the development process.
- Project Management: Independently maintain a minimum of 5 basic projects, ensuring all milestones are met within a fast-paced R&D schedule.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with various R&D support groups to streamline product transitions and ensure technical alignment.

Required:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Chemical Engineering).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a laboratory setting.
- Technical Skills: Direct, hands-on experience with batching and formulation processes is essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration.
- Soft Skills: A positive, team-player attitude with the proven ability to handle multiple projects in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Digital Literacy: Proficiency in standard laboratory and office software.
- Direct experience within the cosmetics or personal care industry.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot "out-of-specification" batches and implement corrective actions.
