responsibilities:
- Serve as the global organizational authority for publication-related queries, ensuring strict adherence to compliance and industry standards.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and collaborate with IT stakeholders to optimize publication systems and workflows.
- Manage strategic vendor relationships, overseeing deliverables and ensuring alignment with contractual quality standards.
- Partner with Medical Affairs and Clinical Development teams to align publication strategies across the lifecycle.
- Drive operational excellence through process simplification and the definition of global KPIs and reporting mechanisms.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in science or business (Advanced degree M.D., Pharm.D., or Ph.D. strongly preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
- 5+ years of specific experience in medical publications/communications within a biopharmaceutical matrix environment.
- Expertise in iEnvision publication management software.
- In-depth knowledge of GPP 2022, ICMJE, COPE, and scientific reporting standards (CONSORT, PRISMA).
