Program Manager - HCP360 Orchestration Engine

The HCP360 Orchestration Engine is a multi-year enterprise transformation program designed to enable personalized, insight-led customer engagement at scale across the U.S. portfolio.
Role Summary
The Program Manager will drive program planning, governance, delivery execution, and cross-functional alignment across six coordinated workstreams-Data, Behavioral Insights, Data Science & Decision Engine, IT, Marketing, and Omnichannel/Field Activation.

responsibilities:
- Program Planning & Governance: Develop and manage the integrated program plan, milestones, KPIs, and risk mitigation.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate across Data, IT, Marketing, Insights, and Omnichannel workstreams.
- Meeting Facilitation: Lead program meetings, create agendas, track decisions, and ensure accountability.
- Program Execution: Maintain the roadmap, ensure workstream alignment, manage dependencies.
- Communication & Change Management: Deliver clear updates, support adoption of new operating models.
qualifications:
- 5+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in pharma/biotech marketing.
- Strong communication, executive presence, and stakeholder influencing skills.
- Highly organized with strong accountability and follow-through.
- Comfort with managing engagement with multiple commercial stakeholders.
- Experience & understanding working with cross functional applications of data and analytics, in the pharma commercial space.
- Hybrid work requirement: must be on-site in Boston 3 days per week.
