responsibilities:
- Support the process development of parenteral drug products and biologics.
- Design and execute laboratory studies evaluating chemical and physical stability against solution conditions and physical stresses.
- Perform hands-on lab operations including filtration, mixing, and freeze/thaw cycles.
- Interpret results, draw conclusions from multi-stage experiments, and note deviations.
- Suggest, design, and pursue relevant experiments to develop robust dosage forms.
- Write precise technical reports and collaborate closely with the manufacturing side.
qualifications:
Required Skills:
- Core expertise in parenteral drug product development.
- Hands-on laboratory experience and execution of lab concepts.
- Proven experience designing and executing small-scale experiments (filtration, mixing, freeze/thaw).
- Ability to analyze multi-stage experimental data and write technical reports.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Office.
- Strong soft skills, specifically clear communication, motivation, and professional responsibility.
- Lyophilization experience.
- Nanoparticle development.
- Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) experience.
- MiniTab software proficiency.
- Karl Fisher testing familiarity.
