responsibilities:
- Plan and execute complex laboratory tasks utilizing advanced techniques including HPLC, GC, and LC/MS.
- Independently generate precise, reliable, and reproducible data to ensure timely project delivery.
- Document all experimental procedures and findings in strict compliance with GxP, GMP, and GLP regulatory requirements.
- Utilize chromatography data systems (such as Empower, Openlab, or Chromeleon) to analyze data and develop protocols.
- Present experimental findings and technical data clearly to larger audiences and cross-functional teams.
qualifications:
Required:
- BS/BA in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline with 5+ years of lab experience, OR a Master's degree with 2+ years of lab experience.
- Hands-on proficiency with analytical instrumentation, specifically HPLC, GC, and chromatography data systems.
- Strong documentation skills and a solid understanding of working within a GMP/GLP regulated environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to present technical findings to groups.
- Core experience working within the pharmaceutical industry.
- A track record of research presentations or scientific publications.
