responsibilities:
- Execute Sensory Studies: Set up testing rooms, label sample cups, prepare and serve specialized samples, and handle complete post-test cleanup.
- Maintain Lab Standards: Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work area, document incoming samples, retrieve and stock supplies, and execute routine sanitation.
- Data Management: Analyze and report results of small-scale routine sensory studies using specialized sensory software and Microsoft Excel.
- Team Collaboration: Interact effectively with the internal sensory team to coordinate resources, support broader team goals, and manage daily activities.

Required:
- Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor of Science degree.
- Schedule: Full-time availability (40 hours/week), specifically between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Physical & Lifestyle: Must be a non-smoker and possess the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic math skills (percentages, conversions).
- Prior experience working in a scientific laboratory or professional food preparation environment.
