qualifications:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience

- Leading marketing communications projects within healthcare

- Experience/acumen around Open Enrollment and/or Medicare Compliance

- Possess creative and independent problem-solving skills

- Demonstrates superior verbal, written and interpersonal skills

- Efficient in identifying business issues and able to develop appropriate action plans to resolve

- Thorough familiarity with technology-based publications and designs to manage workstreams
