responsibilities:
- Produce, analyze, and interpret scientific data for reagents, components, and finished products.
- Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods utilizing advanced ERP functions.
- Investigate manufacturing failures, perform root-cause experiments, and recommend process corrections.
- Evaluate, revise, and create critical process documents to ensure reproducibility and high-quality standards.
qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on biotech or chemical manufacturing experience.
- Proven technical writing skills and ability to interpret/summarize scientific data.
- Master's degree in Organic Chemistry.
- 1-3 years of experience specializing in polymer chemistries.
