responsibilities:
- Perform organic chemistry syntheses, reagent analysis, and component manufacturing in accordance with production plans.
- Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials, WIP, and finished products using advanced ERP functions.
- Recognize manufacturing variables, identify issues, and perform experiments to recommend process corrections.
- Create, revise, and critically evaluate process documents to ensure efficient, reproducible, and high-quality manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and EH&S, to support new product development and ensure safety compliance.
qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of manufacturing experience.
- Strong background in analyzing and interpreting scientific data.
- Master's degree in Organic Chemistry.
- 1-3 years of experience working with polymer chemistries.
- Strong technical writing and organizational skills.
