responsibilities:
- Execute sterile filtration, aseptic filling, material handling, and formulation operations according to strict procedures.
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing systems and equipment.
- Perform weight/dispense, solution preparation, autoclave operations, and visual inspections.
- Ensure absolute compliance with cGMP requirements, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and data integrity standards.
- Assist with equipment qualification, validations, and deviation investigations to drive continuous improvement.
qualifications:
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in GMP manufacturing or related technical environments.
- Proven ability to gown up and work comfortably in classified cleanroom environments.
- Strong equipment troubleshooting skills and meticulous documentation practices.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Full flexibility to work a 12-hour 2-2-3 day shift schedule post-training.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
