responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of sample lifecycle including receipt, control, inventory, and disposal of critical samples.
- Generate and execute stability and reference standard studies, protocols, and scheduled sample pulls.
- Perform preventative maintenance on stability and sample storage chambers.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments of samples and critical materials.
- Own Quality System attributes by documenting minor deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
- Participate actively in laboratory project initiatives (5S, LEAN, Six Sigma) and regulatory inspection readiness.
qualifications:
- Education: A.S. or B.A. in Science (Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a cGMP/GLP laboratory environment.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) with strong documentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Autonomy: Proven ability to follow written instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility: Ability to support business needs during occasional company holidays or manufacturing shutdowns.
