A Top-Tier Global Life Sciences Leader is seeking five dedicated Manufacturing Technicians II/III to join our production team in Carlsbad, CA. This role is 100% On-Site, Monday through Friday, 8 hours/day (excluding lunch break). Overtime, weekends and holidays may be required. The scheduled start time for this position is either 6:00 AM or 12:00 PM, depending on business needs, with a consistent schedule once assigned.

responsibilities:
- Execute hands-on manufacturing and packaging processes in strict compliance with ISO 13485, cGMP, and GDP standards.
- Perform visual inspections of lyophilized products, heat seals, and finished goods while monitoring automated machinery.
- Accurately complete and review daily production documentation, batch records, and NetSuite transactions.
- Execute daily arithmetic calculations, unit conversions, and operate equipment like pipettes, pH meters, and balances.
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain production areas, and safely handle and manage hazardous waste according to regulations.
qualifications:
- High School Diploma with 3+ years (Tech II) or 5+ years (Tech III) of cGMP manufacturing experience; OR an Associate's degree with related experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or Biochemistry with 1+ years (Tech II) or 2+ years (Tech III) of cGMP manufacturing experience.
- Proven ability to work in an ISO 13485 and cGMP/cGDP regulated environment.
- Strong basic math skills, including unit conversions and fluid volume calculations.
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to support a 12:00 PM shift (with potential 6:00 AM flexibility based on business needs).
- Excellent English communication skills to read and follow complex standard operating procedures (SOPs).
