responsibilities:
- Support therapeutic antibody discovery campaigns utilizing cell culture, B cell-based methods, and hybridoma screening.
- Execute established workflows for rodent immunization studies, serum titer screening, B cell sorting, and molecular cloning.
- Perform tissue processing, mouse handling, and sample collection following provided training.
- Maintain laboratory reagent inventories and ensure full operational readiness for discovery activities.
- Accurately document experimental procedures and data in internal laboratory systems.
- Summarize and present experimental progress and campaign outcomes to multidisciplinary project teams.
qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
- 2+ years of full-time laboratory experience (academic or industry setting).
- Hands-on experience with cell culture and core molecular biology techniques.
- Background in immunology research or antibody-related testing.
- Comfort working with laboratory mice and performing tissue collection/dissection (training provided).
- Experience with Flow Cytometry or ELISA testing.
- Prior tissue processing or mouse dosing (e.g., IP injections) experience.
