responsibilities:
- Execute hands-on lyophilization processing, formulation, and cleanroom manufacturing activities following cGMP and GDP guidelines.
- Confirm receipt and preparation of raw materials to ensure production builds stay strictly on schedule.
- Maintain, stock, and sanitize designated cleanroom environments to support uninterrupted daily operations.
- Troubleshoot standard operational procedures, initiate minor document revisions, and escalate technical issues effectively.
- Coordinate smooth shift handoffs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve site production goals.

Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Hands-on understanding of lyophilization technology and formulation procedures
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or technical field
- 2+ years of biomanufacturing experience in a cGMP cleanroom environment
- Proficiency with scientific units of measure and basic computer systems
- Ability to pass a standard visual acuity examination per SOP guidelines
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work flexible 1st/2nd shifts, overtime, or weekends as needed
