responsibilities:
- Perform manual and automated vessel decontamination, chemical packaging, and acid washing of stainless steel and quartz vessels.
- Consolidate hazardous waste and handle chemicals such as acids, acetone, and IPA following strict safety protocols.
- Assemble vessels using technical drawings, perform system troubleshooting with engineering, and manage accurate data entry.
- Inspect incoming/outgoing vessels and documentation for quality, accuracy, and completeness.
- Assist with material receiving, unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass a Fit for Duty evaluation.
- Clean-shaven requirement for PPE/respiratory fit compliance.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including a full-face respirator when needed.
- Experience with SAP software.
- Prior experience handling chemicals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
