responsibilities:
- Collaborate on manufacturing process projects to optimize yield, increase throughput, and enhance product quality.
- Gather and analyze process data using statistical process control (SPC) methodology to ensure process robustness.
- Execute structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis for process deviations and quality investigations.
- Support the implementation of process validation, operational changes, and new technology introductions.
- Draft clear technical justification memos, scientific reports, and updated process documentation.
qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.
- 3-5 years of technical experience in pharmaceutical process development, manufacturing engineering, or laboratory settings.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with pharmaceutical aseptic and sterile manufacturing processes.
- Strong scientific writing and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional project teams.
