This full-time contract role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in commercial biopharmaceutical operations on a night shift schedule (Wednesday-Friday, alternating Saturdays).

responsibilities:
- Execute upstream and downstream bioprocess operations, including mammalian cell culture, filtration, chromatography, and formulation.
- Utilize automated manufacturing systems (LIMS, MES, PI) and support quality management tools (TrackWise, CAPAs, Deviations).
- Review, revise, and provide feedback on standard operating procedures and technical process documentation.
- Maintain strict adherence to cGMP compliance standards in a regulated commercial facility.
- Perform physical operational duties, including equipment connections, lifting up to 25 lbs, and wearing required PPE.

Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related discipline/engineering OR Associate's degree/Biotech Certificate with 2+ years of biotech manufacturing or regulated industry experience.
- Ability to work a night shift schedule (Wednesday-Friday, alternating Saturdays).
- Hands-on experience with bioprocess equipment and automation systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Physical ability to bend, reach, climb ladders, and lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs.
