responsibilities:
- Perform daily viable and non-viable environmental monitoring (EM) in Grade A, B, C, and D cleanroom environments.
- Maintain logs and complete contemporaneous batch record documentation following strict ALCOA+ data integrity principles.
- Author and assist with out-of-specification (OOS) and non-conformance EM investigations.
- Review and revise EM Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Production Records (BPRs).
- Prepare daily plates, sanitize EM equipment, and assist manufacturing during periods of inactivity.
qualifications:
- 2+ years of Quality Control experience within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing facility.
- Hands-on experience with environmental monitoring in classified cleanroom environments (Grades A-D).
- Strong working knowledge of ALCOA+ principles and cGMP regulatory standards.
- Willingness to work a split shift (Sunday-Saturday) with mandatory overtime to support production schedules.
