responsibilities:
- Perform daily viable and non-viable environmental monitoring (EM) across Grade A through D cleanrooms.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and contemporaneous batch records following ALCOA+ cGMP data integrity principles.
- Author and assist in out-of-specification (OOS) and non-conformance EM investigations.
- Review and revise EM Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Production Records (BPRs).
- Prepare daily plates, sanitize EM equipment, and maintain essential supplies for routine operations.
- Support process validation and assist manufacturing operations during periods of inactivity.
qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control within a cGMP pharmaceutical or biotech environment.
- Proven expertise in environmental monitoring (viable/non-viable) across classified cleanrooms (Grades A-D).
- Strong working knowledge of ALCOA+ data integrity principles and cGMP documentation standards.
- Willingness to work a split-shift schedule (Sunday-Saturday) with mandatory overtime as needed to support production.
