In this role, you will play a hands-on part in developing cutting-edge cosmetic formulations and bringing high-performance products from concept to creation.

responsibilities:
- Formulate new cosmetic prototypes and modify existing formulas to meet precise product performance and safety specifications.
- Monitor stability testing of formulations, troubleshooting and making necessary adjustments to resolve issues.
- Provide creative, resourceful solutions to technical challenges encountered during the product development process.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with various R&D support groups to advance project timelines.
- Efficiently manage and maintain a active pipeline of at least five core development projects simultaneously.
qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related discipline (Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related science).
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on laboratory experience.
- Strong computer literacy and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced team environment.
- Direct formulation experience within the cosmetics or personal care industry.
