responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive packaging and e-commerce testing including drop and decoration tests for new product launches, formula renovations, and design changes.
- Coordinate and execute the filling, sorting, and systematic evaluation of finished goods and sample materials in the laboratory.
- Create functional testing templates, maintain meticulous data logs, and effectively communicate laboratory results to the broader team.
- Adapt and provide high-priority support to the packaging development team as needed to meet fast-paced project and launch deadlines.
