responsibilities:
- Facilitate vendor proposal intakes and drive SOW and service agreement execution alongside Purchasing, Legal, and Study Leads.
- Track project timelines, monitor milestones, and proactively communicate risks to scientific study leads.
- Manage vendor relationships by tracking deliverables, budget statuses, and frequent timeline updates.
- Perform meticulous data entry, quality control, and document routing in compliance with corporate policies.
- Resolve project and process issues across cross-functional teams including HEOR, Finance, Legal, and Commercial.
- Maintain job guides and recommend continuous process improvements for operational automation.
qualifications:
Required:
- Pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience with strong familiarity with industry terminology.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and core project management tools and techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Experience with contracting, compliance, and quality systems.
- Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce platforms.
