responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment, including clean-in-place (CIP) and steam-in-place (SIP) processes.
- Perform core laboratory tasks, such as pH testing, conductivity monitoring, and routine product sampling.
- Record and maintain accurate production logs adhering strictly to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Execute material transfers and conduct facility sanitization to support site 6S programs.
- Participate in active shift exchanges, team meetings, and process improvement initiatives.
qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Working experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work a 12-hour rotational day shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a science-related discipline.
- Previous hands-on experience in a cGMP or bio-pharma setting.
