This role offers an engaging opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art cGMP cleanroom environment, directly supporting the manufacturing of life-saving therapeutic proteins on a balanced "B Shift" schedule (7 AM - 7 PM, alternating 2-day and 5-day work weeks).

responsibilities:
- Perform precise dispensing, weighing, and transfer of raw materials (powders, liquids, acids, and bases) from bulk to production containers under strict cGMP conditions.
- Maintain aseptic techniques, cross-contamination awareness, and cleanroom protocols while working in a Class C environment.
- Execute process recipes, perform basic laboratory tasks (pH, conductivity, sampling), and clean/sanitize dispensing equipment.
- Document all material movements and production activities in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Prepare and transport materials directly to manufacturing suites and manage inventory tracking using enterprise software systems.
- Perform peer first-level reviews of completed dispensing orders and participate in safety inspections.
qualifications:
- Associate degree in a scientific field, or equivalent relevant background.
- 1-4 years of experience in a regulated laboratory, cGMP, or biomanufacturing setting.
- Ability to work in a Class C cleanroom, wear full gowning PPE, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs frequently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and inventory software (e.g., SAP).
