EHS Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional global teams to manage NPI programs, technical transfers, and commercial launches for medical devices and combination products.
- Develop, monitor, and execute comprehensive project implementation plans across R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory.
- Utilize Microsoft Project to establish realistic timetables, manage budgets, track milestones, and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory design controls, ISO standards, and quality management requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
- Facilitate conflict resolution, align cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver regular performance updates to executive leadership.
qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of diversified business experience in operations, quality, supply chain, or product launches within regulated industries.
- 5+ years of dedicated experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or combination products sectors.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Project and advanced project management tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of design controls for medical devices and combination products.
- Strong leadership, conflict management, and cross-functional communication skills.
- PMI certification (PMP), Advanced Business Degree (MBA), or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
