responsibilities:
- Perform setup, operation, and maintenance of specialized equipment in a biologics processing environment.
- Execute detailed cleaning of manufacturing facilities and equipment to meet strict cGMP and bioburden standards.
- Conduct bulk processing and filtration while accurately monitoring key parameters (pH, weights, separations).
- Complete precise, real-time documentation in production logs and batch records per standard operating procedures.
- Follow all departmental safety protocols and maintain a clean, compliant work area.
qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) with strong documentation skills.
- Basic math proficiency, including familiarity with the metric system.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic computer literacy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceuticals/biologics GMP environment.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
