responsibilities:
- Lead complex cross-functional projects from initiation to closeout, developing detailed plans, schedules, resource requirements, and implementation roadmaps.
- Drive execution, establishing project governance, meeting structures, decision logs, and communication plans to ensure cross-functional alignment and accountability.
- Monitor progress against scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives while tracking milestones, dependencies, action items, and scope changes.
- Conduct project reviews, deliver leadership updates, and ensure all documentation remains accurate, current, and audit-ready.
- Proactively identify, manage, and escalate project/schedule risks, creating mitigation and contingency plans while facilitating problem-solving sessions.
qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management, operations, business transformation, or related experience.
- Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation.
- Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and project controls.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Experience using project management methodologies and tools to track project performance.
- Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and project management software.
- PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or similar project management certification.
- Experience managing projects in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, manufacturing, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
- Experience supporting executive governance processes and leadership decision-making.
- Knowledge of risk management, change management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience managing global projects involving international stakeholders.
