In this lab-based role, you will design, execute, and troubleshoot complex cellular and immune-based assays to accelerate the discovery of novel cancer therapies.

responsibilities:
- Culture, maintain, and characterize mammalian cell lines, organoids, tumoroids, and advanced 2D/3D cellular models.
- Design and execute functional immune assays, including T cell activation, T cell killing, TDCC, ADCC, and cytokine release.
- Conduct standard molecular and cellular assays, including qPCR, ELISA, Western blotting, and cell viability/proliferation assays.
- Perform flow cytometry experiments, including sample preparation, staining, acquisition, and analysis.
- Work with primary human immune cells and tumor samples to evaluate immune-mediated anti-tumor activity.
- Analyze, interpret, and present high-quality experimental data to cross-functional project teams.
qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Cancer Biology, or a related discipline.
- 1+ years of lab research experience in an academic or biotech/pharma setting.
- Hands-on experience with organoid culture or advanced 3D cellular model systems.
- Strong expertise in mammalian cell culture, sterile techniques, and cell banking.
- Demonstrated experience with T cell biology and functional immune-cell-based assays (TDCC, ADCC, or cytokine release).
- Master's degree in a relevant life sciences discipline.
- Experience with flow cytometry data analysis tools (e.g., FlowJo, GraphPad Prism).
- Direct experience working with primary human samples or patient-derived tumor models.
