Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Provide polished, executive-facing administrative support to senior leadership. Oversee complex calendaring, schedule multi-stakeholder meetings, and handle critical operational logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex executive calendars and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate logistics for large group meetings and multi-stakeholder conferences.
- Prepare, edit, and format executive PowerPoint presentations and meeting materials.
- Collaborate with internal administrative teams and Executive Assistants to maintain seamless operations.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or senior executives.
- Demonstrated expertise in complex calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Office Suite.
- strong written, verbal, and executive-facing communication capabilities.
- Preferred: Background supporting healthcare, financial, or operational leaders.
