responsibilities:
- Perform QC release testing on finished products, raw materials, and analytical standards using HPLC and GC systems.
- Operate and maintain chromatographic detectors, including UV-Vis, RI, ELSD, and FID.
- Draft, review, and process lab documentation, including OOS investigations, batch records, test specifications, and technical reports.
- Support product development, method validation, stability assessments, and technical transfer to the QC laboratory.
- Perform routine equipment qualifications, system troubleshooting, and routine lab maintenance.
- Ensure all testing and documentation strictly comply with ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, and ISO 17034 standards.
qualifications:
Required:
- BS or MS degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
- 2+ years of hands-on industry experience utilizing HPLC and GC techniques.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 17025, or ISO 17034 environments.
- Strong technical writing abilities to document OOS reports, test methods, and validation protocols.
- Prior analytical testing experience within GLP, GMP, or regulated life sciences manufacturing environments.
- Hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting and mass balance techniques.
