responsibilities:
- Perform final review and approval of completed batch records, equipment qualifications, calibration records, raw material data, and stability protocols.
- Generate and approve Certificates of Analysis (CoA) for custom and catalog project deliverables.
- Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure strict adherence to regulatory and internal quality standards.
- Support external and internal compliance audits, including customer, ISO, and DEA inspections.
- Track, compile, and present quarterly quality metrics covering production and documentation activities.
- Escalate quality concerns, delays, or discrepancies proactively to QA management.
qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related Life Science discipline.
- 5+ years of quality assurance experience operating within an ISO-regulated environment.
- Strong document review capabilities with acute attention to detail and procedure discrepancies.
- Working knowledge of pharmaceutical or clinical quality system requirements (ISO 9001, 17025, 17034, 14001).
- Hands-on experience with Root Cause Analysis and electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS) such as Veeva.
