responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor analytical development work packages outsourced to global external and internal service providers.
- Support service provider identification, qualification, performance monitoring, and contract/quote assessments.
- Ensure timely shipment of analytical samples and verify incoming analytical data from external partners.
- Author and archive critical outsourcing and technical documentation in compliance with GMP standards.
- Implement IT and database solutions to track outsourcing metrics, project timelines, and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to standardize and optimize outsourcing processes.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience OR Master's degree with 5+ years of experience.
- Hands-on laboratory, analytical, or quality background in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or GMP-regulated environment.
- Proven organization, project planning, and global communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data tracking and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to manage changing timelines and shifting priorities.
