Kickstart your chemistry career with a Top-Tier Global Leader! We are seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join a high-performing production support QC laboratory in Delaware, OH. This onsite role focuses on testing, raw material validation, and batch disposition in a fast-paced environment.

responsibilities:
- Perform accurate quality control testing on production, raw material, and finished good samples following strict SOPs.
- Identify and troubleshoot batch QC result abnormalities to mitigate defective material risks.
- Collaborate with production, technical groups, and cross-functional teams to disposition batches efficiently.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, execute required calibrations, and support 6S workplace organization.
- Utilize immediate production needs to prioritize daily testing workflows and support continuous improvement projects.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or related science with 1+ year of academic or professional laboratory experience OR Associate's degree with 5+ years of laboratory experience.
- Proven ability to accurately execute and record standard laboratory testing methods.
- Flexibility to work second shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM), including weekends and overtime as required.
- Strong agile learning, results-driven mindset, and collaborative communication skills.
