responsibilities:
- Perform cGMP QC bioanalytical testing and Right First Time (RFT) documentation for release, in-process, and stability samples.
- Conduct routine and complex assays including TOC/Conductivity, pH, osmolality, FTIR, cell viability, ddPCR/qPCR, ELISA, and UHPLC.
- Support method transfers, qualifications, verifications, and serve as a technical lead for compendial verifications.
- Maintain, calibrate, and onboard laboratory equipment, ensuring proper operation and vendor coordination.
- Author and revise SOPs, work instructions, and quality records (Deviations, LIRs, OOS, and CAPAs).
- Execute daily laboratory operations, data reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives using LIMS and TrackWise.
qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in molecular biology, analytical chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
- 1-3+ years of relevant industry experience in a GxP-regulated Quality Control laboratory.
- Hands-on experience with complex bioanalytical methods, troubleshooting, and cGMP compliance practices.
- Proficiency with laboratory software systems (e.g., LIMS, Empower, TrackWise).
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Prior manufacturing experience within a Quality Control setting.
