This hands-on, 100% on-site role (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) focuses on analyzing high-purity chemicals and formulations used in semiconductor fabrication.

responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and non-routine sample analysis and hands-on laboratory testing.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot analytical instrumentation, including ICP-MS, ICP-OES, GFAA, HPLC, GPC, and GC.
- Perform Gage R&R studies and execute method transfers between instruments.
- Collaborate with Quality, Production, R&D, and Commercial teams to resolve quality issues and accelerate delivery.
- Ensure full compliance with site ISO 9001 Quality Assurance standards.
qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Physics, or related scientific discipline with 1+ years of QC industrial experience; OR Associate's degree with 4+ years of QC industrial experience.
- Hands-on proficiency with analytical equipment (auto-titrators, HPLC, GC, ICP-MS, ICP-OES, or GFAA).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work safely with organic solvents and chemicals.
- 3+ years of experience with PerkinElmer or Agilent ICP-MS systems, including direct organic analysis.
- Background working in cleanroom environments and using LIMS/SAP systems.
