We are seeking a proactive Senior FP&A Analyst to champion project support for our Lifestyle division during a critical business transformation. In this remote role, you will be an integral partner to our Finance Co-pilots, establishing new ways of working and delivering profound P&L transparency.

Your Impact and Opportunities

• Spearhead Transformation: Assist in critical processes to support our SAP Integration and transition teams from legacy reporting systems.
  
  
• Drive Strategic Insights: Architect and test financial models, providing cross-functional teams with actionable reporting impacts to fuel business decisions.
  
  
• Optimize Reporting: Pull consolidated financial data and synthesize variance analysis to budget and forecasts, presenting clear trends, risks, and opportunities.
  
  
• Champion Collaboration: Partner across departments to ensure milestones and KPIs are met, navigating core divisional processes with agility.
  
  
• Innovate Workflows: Proactively provide recommendations on new, efficient ways of working for our Functional Finance partners.
  
  

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  
  
• 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in financial planning, reporting, and variance analysis.
  
  
• Proficiency in pulling and interpreting complex consolidated financial reporting.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• MBA qualification.
  
  
• Hands-on experience using SAP financial reporting and exceptional Excel skills.
  
  
• Background in consumer products or a manufacturing environment.
  
  
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, cross-functional environment with high attention to detail.
