A Top-Tier Global Beauty & Cosmetics Leader is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician II for an 8-month contract on-site in Clark, NJ. In this role, you will act as a critical technical checkpoint, ensuring packaging components, bulk materials, and finished goods meet rigorous Quality System and regulatory standards.

responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical resource for production units and vendors on quality and compliance standards.
- Conduct statistical sampling and testing on packaging components, bulk materials, and finished products.
- Review, maintain, and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and audit-ready records.
- Support ISO and regulatory compliance through detailed record reviews and internal audit support.
- Perform color matching and visual quality inspections for finished goods.
- Execute administrative tasks supporting the Quality Management System (QMS).
qualifications:
Required:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a Science/Engineering discipline, or equivalent manufacturing quality experience.
- 3-5 years of dedicated experience in packaging inspection, document management, and records review.
- Proficiency in statistical sampling methods and standardized testing for finished goods.
- Strong organizational skills managing complex filing systems and SOPs.
- Familiarity with ISO guidelines and formal Quality Systems.
- Demonstrated experience in color matching or visual inspection standards.
