In this role you will provide essential support in laboratory operations by ensuring the preparation of buffers and solutions, maintaining cleanliness, managing supplies, and upholding safety standards.

1st shift: Monday thru Friday- 8am-5pm
You will need High School Diploma and1-2 years of lab experience.

responsibilities:
- Prepare routine laboratory buffers and solutions in accordance with standard protocols.
- Monitor and replenish materials necessary for buffer and solution preparation.
- Conduct daily laboratory walk-throughs to perform safety inspections and ensure operational readiness.
- Handle hazardous waste in compliance with established safety procedures; promptly report any issues to area supervisors or the Safety Specialist.
- Communicate laboratory maintenance needs and special requests to the lab supervisor.
- Enforce laboratory safety policies and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with inventory management and tracking of supplies and specialized equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across lab spaces, including entrance areas, gowning rooms, hallways, and storage zones.
- Coordinate procurement of lab supplies and equipment in collaboration with the lab supervisor.
