You will work with Operations Managers to manage properties, handle maintenance issues, and resolve tech problems. You'll conduct inspections before and after guest stays, perform quality assurance walkthroughs, and ensure properties meet quality standards.
We're seeking a problem solver with "handy-man" skills, organizational abilities, and great attention to detail. Must be tech-savvy with tools like email, Slack, and G Suite, and flexible with changing schedules. Weekend and holiday availability required.

responsibilities:
- Ensure new properties meet furnishing standards, handle maintenance issues, and resolve technology problems (e.g., furniture assembly, WiFi, lockbox setup, cosmetic repairs).
- Conduct pre-check-in and post-check-out inspections using a mobile checklist to maintain property and guest quality standards.
- Collaborate with Operations Managers to ensure properties are fully equipped and move-in ready.
- Assist with ad hoc projects like key inventory management, storage organization, and filming check-in videos.
- Serve as the main point of contact between Operations Leaders and Customer Experience, ensuring operational efficiency in the field.
- Manage operational workflows while balancing independent tasks and urgent needs.
