Operations Coordinator for a global leader in mobility products and services based near Orange, CA. This role is responsible to provide support to operations to ensure efficient communication with dispatch.
This is a three (3) month contract assignment.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience coordinating operations or service/parts
- Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- Oracle database knowledge

responsibilities:
- Acts as liaison between the branch operations and regional dispatch
- Updates on-call lists and sends detailed notification to dispatch daily
- Checks technicians in/out
- Provides status to National Accounts and customers on open work orders and completed callbacks
- Reviews open ticket reports and submits to dispatch
- Assigns tickets to mechanics
