Our client, a leading provider of advanced interconnect solutions, is looking for an engineering tech in their milpitas, CA site for second shift 2pm -11pm. Key qualifications include, 3-5 years of experience with HVAC, plumbing and electronics. An associates degree or equivalent experience is required.

responsibilities:
- Executes and analyzes complex engineering tests: This includes performing checkouts, development tasks, and analyzing results to troubleshoot and implement solutions.
- Designs and modifies mechanical components: Devises, fabricates, and assembles new or altered parts or subassemblies for various industrial and tech products.
- Conducts and interprets operational tests: Sets up and runs tests on units and components, then analyzes results against specifications to adjust equipment or resolve issues.
- Documents and maintains engineering processes: Records test procedures, results, and recommendations, while also maintaining software, documentation, and equipment.
- Supports and trains other personnel: Assists engineers in developing test hardware/software and trains technicians and operators on products, processes, and equipment.
