Join Our Client, a rapidly growing, inclusive advanced insfrastucture connectivity industry leader! We need a North Austin, TX based Field Applications Engineer. Requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering, 3+ years of technical experience, and 3D modeling skills.
Approximately 25% domestic and international travel. This position will be onsite when not traveling.

responsibilities:
- Act as the premier technical advisor for data center power systems, steering customers through optimal design and deployment strategies.
- Investigate and troubleshoot intricate hardware problems by recreating failure scenarios and analyzing performance data.
- Update and refine 3D CAD models to address immediate client needs while relaying critical product feedback to the R&D department.
- Cultivate lasting stakeholder relationships via regular on-site visits, tailored product showcases, and continuous technical support.
- Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional departments to ensure technical initiatives align seamlessly with overarching business goals.
