Our client, a leader in the entertainment industry is looking for a senior architect. Key qualifications include, Minimum of 13 years of professional experience in Architecture and Architectural License in the State of California. Experience with the following programs: Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, ACC/BIM360 is preferred. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an NAAB accredited school is required.

responsibilities:
- Architectural Owner's Representative: Act as the owner's representative, guiding projects from initial concept through construction.
- Design and Compliance Management: Lead and manage the design and development of construction documents (drawings/specifications), ensuring adherence to Disney standards, codes, and regulations.
- Technical Feasibility & Quality: Conduct feasibility assessments for proposed facilities and perform QA/QC reviews of construction drawings for completeness and constructability.
- Multi-Discipline Integration: Ensure the overall design intent is met by successfully integrating facility design with numerous internal and external partner engineering disciplines (e.g., structural, mechanical, electrical, ride engineering).
- External Coordination & Mentorship: Serve as a liaison with city officials and external agencies for compliance, and mentor junior architects and facility designers on career and technical efforts.
