The Quality Manager will be responsible for leading and directing all quality assurance and quality control functions within the manufacturing facility. This pivotal role ensures that all products and processes meet customer requirements, industry standards, and regulatory specifications.
Qualified candidates will have 5+ years as a Quality Engineer in manufacturing with leadership experience.
BS in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.

responsibilities:
- Serve as the management representative and lead the maintenance and continuous improvement of the facility's QMS in strict accordance with ISO 9001:2015
- Plan, lead, and execute internal audits, manage third-party certification and surveillance audits.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the Quality Department team, including Quality Engineers, Quality Technicians, and Inspectors.
- Set departmental goals and KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and ensure the team has the necessary training and resources to perform their roles effectively.
- Act as the primary technical contact for customers regarding quality issues, complaints, and specifications. Manage the customer complaint resolution process to ensure timely response and high satisfaction.
